1kg 新鲜鱼,叻沙米粉,黄瓜,黄梨,姜花,辣椒,薄荷叶,亚参皮,虾膏酱
Cooking Method 煮法:
- Boil 1kg fish with 3000ml of water over medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove the fish to debone and filter the soup.
将 1kg 鱼放入 3000ml 沸水中,中火煮 20分钟。鱼煮熟后再捞起来去骨,汤要过滤。
- Add 1 packet Asam Laksa Powder, fish meat, dried tamarind into soup and then cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Season with salt and rock sugar.
将一包亚参叻沙粉,鱼肉,亚参皮加入汤内再以中火煮 20分钟。加入适量盐及冰糖调料。
- Cook the laksa rice vermicelli with hot water. Top with the other ingredients, 1 spoon of prawn paste and then ladle in the laksa soup. Serve 3-4 persons.
将叻沙米粉煮熟。加上其他配料及1汤匙虾膏酱。滔汤入米粉即可。供 3-4个人食用。
