Penang is famous of lots of variety of noodles and one of the most common local popular one is the Assam Laksa. We have came out with lots of the ingredients spices and we dried it out and make it powder form and easy + accessible to all the local people and everyone who is loving to cook ASAM LAKSA at home on your own. Ingredient required to add in are; a canned of sardine fish (or fresh fish from the market), laksa leaves, galanga, lemongrass, onion, pineapples, mint leaves, laksa noodles, cucumber…etc. Ingredient contain in the box have: Turmeric, lemongrass, belacan, ginger, shrimp paste… etc

黄姜,香茅,峇拉煎,南姜,姜花

Cooking Ingredients 配料: 1kg fish, laksa rice vermicelli, cucumber, pineapple, ginger flower

Chillies, mint leaves, dried tamarind, prawn paste

1kg 新鲜鱼,叻沙米粉,黄瓜,黄梨,姜花,辣椒,薄荷叶,亚参皮,虾膏酱

Cooking Method 煮法:

  1. Boil 1kg fish with 3000ml of water over medium heat for 20 minutes. Remove the fish to debone and filter the soup.

将 1kg 鱼放入 3000ml 沸水中,中火煮 20分钟。鱼煮熟后再捞起来去骨,汤要过滤。

  1. Add 1 packet Asam Laksa Powder, fish meat, dried tamarind into soup and then cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Season with salt and rock sugar.

将一包亚参叻沙粉,鱼肉,亚参皮加入汤内再以中火煮 20分钟。加入适量盐及冰糖调料。

  1. Cook the laksa rice vermicelli with hot water. Top with the other ingredients, 1 spoon of prawn paste and then ladle in the laksa soup. Serve 3-4 persons.

将叻沙米粉煮熟。加上其他配料及1汤匙虾膏酱。滔汤入米粉即可。供 3-4个人食用。
