Kindly note that if due to heavy downpour, or any unforeseen circumstances which causing the trail closing, there will be no refund.

Boat journey to the Island(s) may not be suitable for individuals who have any of the following conditions but not limited to: heart or lung conditions, recent surgery, back or spinal surgery, back problems/injury/fracture, arthritis, osteoporosis or other similar spinal/pelvic diseases.

Pregnant women are also not recommended as the boat ride may be bumpy depending on the sea condition. If you are having similar issues as above, kindly consult your physician before you enroll in this activity.

Please do not bring valuables as there are no lockers on the islands.

Be a responsible snorkeler/diver to protect our marine ecosystem.

If we deem your diving/snorkeling skills or attitude may bring harm to the marine life or other guests, the crew has the right to stop you from participating in this activity.

It is strictly prohibited to remove, pick up, step on, or destroy any marine life during the trip.

Do not snorkel or dive separately from the group and follow the crew’s instructions. Failure to do so will result in the crew stopping you from participating in the activity and no refunds will be made.

• You will be responsible for obtaining your own visas to enter Sabah.
• Flights to and from Semporna will be at your own arrangement. Contact our Tour Consultants if you need assistance.
• You are strongly recommended to have your own personal travel insurance while traveling, to ensure a peace of mind.
• Your safety is our top priority. Should the weather or sea conditions render it unsafe to proceed for this tour, Golden Adventures Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change or cancel tour.
• If an accident(s) were to occur during the trip, all customers must return to the dive centre together. No refunds or change of date will be made.
• Departure time is approximate and varies from different hotels so please do reconfirm with our staffs. Please call the relevant telephone number as stated on the voucher before making alternative arrangements.
• Golden Adventures Tours & Travel Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries and accommodation reserved should conditions beyond our control render it necessary.
• Golden Adventures Tours & Travel Sdn.Bhd. will not be held responsible, or in any way liable, for property losses, personal losses, accidents, injury, or death for any reason whatsoever, whether through any activities booked through us, or caused to you by third parties.

In the event of cancellation of booking by Client, a written notice must be provided.

The following cancellation charges must be borne by the Client and the traveling companions as follows:

Once we received your tour booking request, we will notify you as soonest possible of your booking within 2 working days.

Your tour booking with us is not automatically confirmed until we confirmed from our side by email to you. But you will receive an acknowledgment email regarding your request booking from us. If you do not receive it, kindly check your spam mailbox. If you cannot find it, please do contact us by email via contact us.

Once your tour booking is successfully confirmed by our side, you will receive a confirmation email from us in detail with a total payment amount and payment details.

We will only issue you a “Final Tour Confirmation Voucher” once you made a full tour payment to us.
