A Private Return Restaurant Transfer Service within Kota Kinabalu City Centre area or Outskirts.
A chartered vehicle with a driver uses for a return restaurant transfer which is made available to you in a convenient, safety and without worrying of getting a transportation to and back to your hotel or apartment.
We have implemented a new measure such as the disinfecting of our vehicle daily for your safety.
Our vehicle type use is as below:-
1. Van use is either Toyota Hiace / Nissan Urvan or similar range.
2. Medium Coach use is either Hino or a similar range.
3. Big Coach use is either Hino or a similar range.
* All our drivers are experienced drivers and fully vaccinated.
Transfer Includes
♦ Kota Kinabalu’s City Hotel or Apartment pick up & drop off.
♦ Petrol / Fuel.
♦ Driver Tips and Gratuities.
Transfer Excludes
♦ Meals at the restaurant.
♦ Personal Insurance.
♦ Additional Services like Baby Seat.
♦ A licensed Tour Guide use.
Terms & Conditions
a) This is two ways return restaurant transfer within Kota Kinabalu City or Outskirts only. Our driver will drop off guests at the restaurant or a place provided from your side. After your meals, our driver will take you back to your hotel or apartment. No detour along the way to your restaurant or back to your hotel or apartment.
b) If the restaurant return transfer pick-up and drop-off place is other than Kota Kinabalu City’s Hotel or Apartment, additional charge applies for Outskirts departure.
c) The total time for a return restaurant transfer use is as below;
Within Kota Kinabalu City Centre Area – Max. 3 Hours use.
or
Kota Kinabalu Outskirts Area – Max. 3 Hours use.
– In the area of Shangri-La’s Rasa Ria Resort, Nexus Resort & Spa Karambunai, Tuaran Beach & 1 Borneo area.

We calculate the restaurant transfer time based on your requested departure time from hotel or apartment that you booked with us. Example, if your pick-up time from hotel or apartment is at 18:00pm, then your return back to the hotel or apartment will end at 21:00pm.
If the restaurant transfer exceeded the 3 hours-chartered time, additional charges apply.
Additional per hour will be charged as below.
RM80 for a Van, RM140 for a Medium Coach & RM200 for a Big Coach. CASH to be paid directly to the driver.
If you need the restaurant transfer use longer than 3 hours in advance, please book it in our Optional Extra request in our booking site when you make booking.
d) An additional 50% surcharge will be imposed during transfer time in between 22:00 hours – 07:00 hours.
e) The maximum number of passengers that can accommodate in each vehicle is as below…
1. Van is 7 persons at one time.
2. Medium Coach is 22 persons at one time.
3. Big Coach is 43 persons at one time.
Note: Infants and children must also be included in the passenger headcount. We have the right to request guests to book an additional vehicle in cases where the size of the traveling party does not fit the chosen vehicle on the day of transfer.
f) Please take note of Tour Guide use as below;
Tour Guide use is not compulsory for Van transfer.
But is a must to engage a Licensed Tour Guide in Malaysia for a coach transfer under the Malaysia Tourism Law. Please arrange a tour guide on your side or we can arrange it for you with extra charge. Without a tour guide for a coach transfer, our coach will not be able to be chartered on that day. Cancellations and refunds of your charter use will not be considered when these circumstances arise.
If you need us to arrange an English / Malay Speaking Licensed Tour Guide during the transfer, you will be charged extra for the service. Please refer to our Optional Extra request for tour guide use in our booking site. If you need a tour guide language spoken others than mentioned, please do let us know according to your tourist types classification. It is subject to available and the different charges of the tour guide fee as well.
If you use our tour guide for the restaurant transfer, the tour guide will meet you at the Hotel Lobby or Apartment’s designated pick-up place when pick-up time.
Cancellation Policy & Charges
Any cancellation of your Charter Booking must be in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
Cancellation of the Charter fees will be charged as below.
Before 72 hours … Free Cancellation.
Before 48 hours … 30% of your total charges.
Before 24 hours … 50% of your total charges.
Within 24 hours … 100% of your total charges.
Note: During Super Peak Season, the above Cancellation Policy & Charges will be voided. We will notify to you in details once there is a booking.
Driver Meeting Place
Our driver will pick-up you at the front entrance of the Hotel or nearby area or Apartment’s designated pick-up place when pick-up time.
Our vehicle pick-up waiting time limit
A maximum 15 minutes FREE waiting time for pick-up at the Hotel or Apartment.
If you are not present for pick-up and cannot be reached, you will be considered a “No Show” and no refunds will be given after 15 minutes waited. So, it is advisable to be early 10-15 minutes at the waiting area.
Return Restaurant Transfer Confirmation
Once we received your Restaurant Transfer Booking request, we will notify you as soonest possible of your booking confirmation within 2 working days.
Your restaurant transfer booking with us is not automatically confirmed until we confirmed from our side by email to you. But you will receive an acknowledgment email regarding to your request booking from us. If you do not receive it, kindly check your spam mailbox. If you cannot find it, please do contact us by email via contact us.
Once your booking is successfully confirmed by our side, you will receive a confirmation email from us in details with a total payment amount and payment details.
We will only issue you a “Restaurant Transfer Booking Confirmation Voucher” once you made a full tour payment to us.
The price stated is nett and in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
