Our vehicle type use is as below:-
1. Van use is either Toyota Hiace / Nissan Urvan or similar range.
2. Medium Coach use is either Hino or a similar range.
3. Big Coach use is either Hino or a similar range.
* All our drivers are experienced drivers and fully vaccinated.

Terms & Conditions
a) This is only a one-way private pick-up transfer with driver service from Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA) to Kota Kinabalu City’s, 1 Borneo area’s or Outskirt’s Hotel or Apartment or vice versa.
b) If the private one-way transfer for drop-off and pick-up place is other than Kota Kinabalu’s City area Hotel or Apartment, an additional charge applies for 1 Borneo area or Outskirts transfer. Please check it on our booking site.
c) An additional 50% midnight surcharge will be imposed for pick-up or during transfer time between 22:00 hours – 07:00 hours.
d) The maximum number of passengers that can accommodate in each vehicle is as below…
1. Van is 7 persons at one time.
2. Medium Coach is 22 persons at one time.
3. Big Coach is 43 persons at one time.
Note: Infants and children must also be included in the passenger headcount. We have the right to request guests to book an additional vehicle in cases where the size of the traveling party does not fit the chosen vehicle on the day of transfer.
e) The maximum luggage size (24 inches) capacity for each vehicle carry is as below…
1. Van is 6 luggage.
2. Medium Coach is 18 luggage.
3. Big Coach is 40 luggage.
Note: Our carry luggage capacity is based accordingly on each vehicle type mentioned and the number of travel passengers in the vehicle. So please arrange your carry luggage number according to our reference above. We based it on the standard 24-inch luggage size as a reference. If the luggage does not fit into the designated vehicle, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange and pay for an alternative form of transportation to carry it. Cancellations and refunds will not be considered when these circumstances arise.
f) Please take note of the Tour Guide use as below;
Tour Guide use is not compulsory for Van & Long Van charter.
But is a must to engage a Licensed Tour Guide in Malaysia for a coach charter under the Malaysia Tourism Law. Please arrange a tour guide on your side or we can arrange it for you with extra charge. Without a tour guide for a coach charter use, our coach will not be able to be chartered on that day. Cancellations and refunds of your charter use will not be considered when these circumstances arise.
If you need us to arrange an English / Malay Speaking Licensed Tour Guide during the charter use, you will be charged extra for the service. Please refer to our Optional Extra request for tour guide use on our booking site. If you need a tour guide language spoken other than mentioned, please do let us know according to your tourist types classification. It is subject to availability and the different charges of the tour guide fee as well.
If you use our tour guide for the transfer, our tour guide will meet you at the Airport Arrival Lobby. If the pick-up is from the hotel or apartment to the airport, the tour guide will meet you at the Hotel Lobby or Apartment’s designated pick-up place when pick-up time.
Cancellation Policy & Charges
Any cancellation of your Transfer Booking must be in writing to avoid any misunderstanding.
Cancellation of the transfer fees will be charged as below.
Before 72 hours … Free Cancellation.
Before 48 hours … 30% of your total charges.
Before 24 hours … 50% of your total charges.
Within 24 hours … 100% of your total charges.
Note: During Super Peak Season, the above Cancellation Policy & Charges will be voided. We will notify you in detail once there is a booking.
Airport pick-up or drop-off waiting time for Driver is as below;
1) International flight – Arrival waiting time: 90 minutes only. Based on flight landing time.
2) Domestic flight – Arrival waiting time: 60 minutes only. Based on flight landing time.
Note: After the FREE arrival waiting time ends, an additional surcharge will be imposed accordingly. An additional per hour will be charged as below;
RM100 for a Van, & RM150 for a Medium or Big Coach. CASH is to be paid directly to the driver.
Note: If you are not present for pick-up and cannot be reached after the waiting time, you will be considered a “No Show” and no refunds will be given after 90 minutes (International flight) or 60 minutes (Domestic flight) waited at the airport.
3) A 15 minutes FREE Waiting Time at Hotel or Apartment for Airport drop-off transfer.
Note: If you are not present for pick-up and cannot be reached, you will be considered a “No Show” and no refunds will be given after 15 minutes waited by the driver. So, it is advisable to be at the hotel lobby or apartment waiting area 10 minutes early.
Driver Meeting Place
Driver will be meeting you at the fixed place at the airport arrival floor for Airport transfer to City’s or Outskirt’s Hotel or Apartment. And also the pick-up place for City’s or Outskirt’s Hotel to Airport.
Please refer as below;
♥ From Kota Kinabalu International Airport (KKIA),
Our driver will wait and meet at KKIA arrival floor with A4 size paper with guest’s name.
** We will provide you a pick-up map at KKIA airport once we confirmed your booking.
♥ From Kota Kinabalu City, 1 Borneo or Outskirt Hotel or Apartment,
Our driver will pick up you at the front entrance of the Hotel or Apartment’s designated pick-up place when pick-up time.
For Hotel Pick-Up Time
Due to traffic jam, your preferred pick-up time from Hotel / Apartment should be at least 3 hours early before flight departs. We will not be responsible if you miss your flight.
Booking Confirmation
Once we received your transfer booking request, we will notify you as soonest possible of your booking confirmation within 2 working days.
Your transfer booking with us is not automatically confirmed until we confirmed from our side by email to you. But you will receive an acknowledgment email regarding your request booking from us. If you do not receive it, kindly check your spam mailbox. If you cannot find it, please do contact us by email via contact us.
Once your transfer booking is successfully confirmed by our side, you will receive a confirmation email from us in detail with a total payment amount and payment details.
We will only issue you a “Final Transfer Confirmation Voucher” once you made a full payment to us.
The price stated is nett and in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
